  • Learn about the company’s past, present, and future.
  • Understand philosophies, culture, needs, and goals of—as well as challenges to—the business.
  • Explore roles and responsibilities of the open position; how these tie into the broader organizational structure; and, how these may impact the needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Determine client’s expectations in terms of candidates’ professional experience and other attributes.

  • Devise list of market sectors and specific companies that may be targeted.
  • Offer market insights and perspectives, and perform additional research, as needed.
  • Share recruiting industry best practices.
