We’re looking for motivated, early-career professionals (0-1+ years of experience) who are ready to jump into business development, learn fast, and make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn qualified leads into loyal clients by building strong business relationships and driving revenue.
• Work alongside experienced recruiters and leadership to gain hands-on exposure to the full hiring process.
• Leverage advanced tech tools—including AI and automation—to connect with key decision-makers.
• Thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment where your growth is prioritized.
• Work from our El Segundo office — close to the beach, LAX, and the Lakers training facility, with great food, shops, and transit all nearby.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent grads or early-career professionals (0-1 years of experience) who are driven, curious, and eager to grow.
• A strong communicator who’s motivated to learn and ready to take on new challenges.
• Interest in technology and willingness to master tools like CRMs, ATS platforms, and AI-driven systems.
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Location: El Segundo, CA (by LAX and the Lakers Training Facility)

Schedule: Mon/Wed, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM | Tues/Thurs, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Setting: Primarily in-office, WFH on Fridays after 30 days (Candidates must reside in the West LA area to be considered.)
