Our Client’s Enterprise Application Services team provides critical enabling technology solutions to support their corporate mission to redefine healthcare management through improved quality and efficient delivery of care. They are looking to add a Product Owner to their multifunctional Scrum team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that Scrum team deliverables meet agreed upon standards for quality and non-functional requirements, and that the product meets the stated business need
Review output of development to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been met
Work with technical writers to generate user documentation
Assist customer support teams, and develop and implement training and communication materials that allow customers to understand the product and changes made to it

Requirements:

Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with a range of business areas related to healthcare delivery, specifically Medical Management - Case Management, Prior Authorizations, Quality Improvement Registry Reporting and Grievances.
Minimum 3 years working as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or other relevant role in a digital product delivery environment
Experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile software development environment with a track record of delivering multiple successful products to production is highly preferred
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or similar certification a plus
