Software Support Specialist – Client Services
eSignSystems, a DocMagic Company is looking for a highly qualified individual to provide software and technical support for our award winning electronic signature solution. The successful candidate will be a talented, dynamic and self-motivated individual capable of performing multiple job functions while ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing front line technical support to customers
- Perform and document all customer on-premises installations and training
- Assist customers with upgrades of software and environmental changes
- Test new software releases on all supported environments
- Maintain internal environments (e.g. Development, Lab, Stage and Demo)
- Participate in software QA activities
- Build knowledgebase of support issues
- Build and maintain demos of software
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years of client service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extremely self-motivated and client-focused
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven Systems Administration ability in Windows Server platform, including AD, IIS and SQL Server
- Ability to maintain web-based applications on Windows platform
- Understanding of coding languages such as XML, CSS, HTML, REST API
- Work experience in a Software Development company or division
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to work within and across teams to resolve client issues
- Must be well organized and have strong attention to detail
- Development experience a plus but not required
This is a full time, customer-facing position that will require some travel.
