ServiceNow Engineer



This role is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and then design and implement solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow applications, and for keeping up with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality.
Responsibilities

- Create and maintain Service Catalog items
- Develop client-focused solutions
- Write and maintain ServiceNow scripts
- Troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow applications
- Perform unit testing and integration testing

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or 6 years of relevant experience)
- 2 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform and in IT business
- ServiceNow Administrator and Developer certifications preferred

Azure Architect



As an Azure Architect, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our cloud infrastructure strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand our business needs and then design and implement secure and scalable Azure-based solutions. You will also be responsible for evaluating and recommending Azure services to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of Azure and cloud computing principles. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be working with people at all levels of the organization.
Here are some specific examples of tasks that you may be responsible for in this role:
- Design and implement Azure-based infrastructure solutions for new and existing applications and services
- Migrate on-premises workloads to Azure
- Implement Azure security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Design and implement Azure-based disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
- Monitor and optimize Azure performance and cost
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement cloud governance policies and procedures
- Keep abreast of emerging Azure technologies and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, but not required. Microsoft Azure certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
