Duties:
All decisions related to recruitment, scheduling of personnel.
Prepare productivity reports
Adhere to safety guidelines of all operations
Requirements:
2+ years related to union labor
2+ years of employee supervision, planning and allocation experience
2+ years in operations management, transportation or engineering
Compensation: Up to 95K + Bonus and amazing benefits
